Long before Milan became a fashion capital, the Vetra district was already a place of making. In the 13th century, artisans known as vetraschi worked these streets, curing leather hides with glass tools along a waterway that no longer exists. That quiet, precise dedication to material and technique is the spirit Piazza Vetra Milano was built on.
