Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.piazzavetra.com, managed by:

1. Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  • You exercised your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • Your order was not delivered (after verification by the courier)

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Complete with original packaging, tags, dust bag, and all accessories received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products used or damaged by the customer
  • Customized products made upon request
  • Items returned without contacting us first

3. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@piazzavetra.com.
  2. Provide: order number, reason for the request, and if applicable, attach photos of the product received.
  3. Once the request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product.

Return shipping costs are:

  • Paid by the customer in case of withdrawal without defects
  • Paid by the company in case of error or defective product

4. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the case of a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund

Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products offered on the website www.piazzavetra.com, owned by:

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

PS CosMed Sagl sells luxury bags online. Each product is accompanied by a description and illustrative images. The photographs are for representative purposes only and may not be perfectly faithful to the actual product, especially regarding colors.

2. Prices

All prices listed on the website are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before the order confirmation.

PS CosMed Sagl reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that the price applied will be the one indicated at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

An order is considered accepted when the seller sends an order confirmation email.

PS CosMed Sagl reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:

  • Product not available
  • Incomplete or incorrect billing/shipping information
  • Orders suspected of fraud

4. Payments

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal

Payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems. PS CosMed Sagl does not store any sensitive payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within Switzerland and to the countries indicated during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. On average:

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Any delays not attributable to the seller (e.g., customs procedures, strikes) do not entitle the customer to refunds.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

  • Send a written request via email to info@piazzavetra.com
  • Return the product in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and accessories

The refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or used products.

7. Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code. In the case of defects of conformity, the customer has the right to repair, replacement, or, where applicable, a price reduction or refund.

8. Liability

PS CosMed Sagl is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, delivery delays, or improper use of the products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, texts, logo, graphics) is the exclusive property of PS CosMed Sagl or its respective licensors. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without authorization.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s competent court, namely the court of the customer’s place of residence or domicile.
